We first looked at an established home but when we changed to a new build, she redid the loan application and explained how the construction loan worked. She talked us through every step and helped with applying for the FHOG paperwork.

Also when the banks made errors on the paperwork and it appeared that this was going to delay settlement, Nathan went out of his way to go and collect the amended papers to ensure we could keep things on track and moving within the desired time frame for us. We had lots of questions and made contact regularly asking for information, Nathan was quick to answer our messages or phone calls, even after our loan was processed Nathan was still happy to answer any questions we had. “Previously had another broker who after sorting out the original mortgage wasn’t interested in going out of his way to help us refinance.

I then spoke with Nathan who provided us with options but we decided to hold on. Nathan understood our decision and didn’t pressure or pester us to continue.
